However, sometimes you don’t, and in such cases, we are happy to work with you to address your
concerns!

If you'd like to exchange or return your outfit, please raise a return request on our page using your order number and reason for exchange/return within 3 days of receiving your order.

1. Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact.
2. We are a small company and every return costs us. Still, we would bear the charges of your first return. After your first return, you would be charged a flat fee of INR 300 in case of any
   future return.
3. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your return or exchange. Exchange pieces will be processed as per our shipping timelines.
4. Any outfits sent to our store without raising a valid return/exchange request will not be accepted and would have to be picked up by the customer.
5. In case of a return, we would issue you a credit note with one year validity. You can use this credit note to shop with us on our website whenever next you would like. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds.
6. Please note that products exchanged once will not be exchanged a second time.
7. Products purchased on Sale will not be eligible for exchanges and are considered final sale.
8. Products purchased using a credit note will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.

In case of return, we shall issue a credit note of the full value of the product - shipping charges shall not be returned back. First return shall be free. A charge of INR 300 shall be deducted from the credit note for subsequent returns.

Credit notes have a 1- year validity and are redeemable only on website purchases. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds.
